What if I told you this all was Possible?

I started my first diet when I was 12.  

I was obsessed with the scale and way I looked in the mirror.  

I have tried every DIET out there.  You name it, I have done it.  

I have gone done the rabbit hole of extreme highs and very low, lows, from following ridgit dieting rules.

You can say food and body image has been a lifelong battle for me.  

I was ALWAYS scared to eat fat, thinking too much fat would make me gain weight.  

I would count my almonds, measure my coconut oil and weigh my avocado on a food scale.  

From all the years of yo-yo dieting and abusing my body to look a "certain way," I had A LOT of digestive problems and hormonal imbalances.  

It wasn't until I found the courage to change the way I had eaten MY ENTIRE LIFE that the magic started to happen. 

When we train the body to become ketogenic, we switch from using carbs (glucose) as our main fuel source to buring fat (ketones) for fuel.

Fat kept me feeling full and provide sustainable energy. Whereas carbs I needed to eat every 2-3 hours (urgh).

I was able to reset my hunger hormones and regulate my appetite, so food wasn't constantly on our mind. 

My energy improved and my brain felt more alert and focused then ever before. 

I was finally able to stabilize my weight and be TRULY confident with my body, for the first time in my life.

I began my Keto journey in 2016. When I started I did it all alone.

Eat Fat Be Fab Nutrition: The 3 Pillars


We all know you can’t change, what you don’t know, and can’t see!  Pillar 1 Awareness is addressed by Simplify the Science of nutrition, so it’s digestible and easy for you to understand. We discuss complex topics and make them relatable to YOU and address common and important health concerns.  I guide and educate, about the IMPORTANCE of food quality and how certain foods, effect our blood sugar, weight, energy, skin, organ health and just our and overall wellbeing.  I truly believe EDUCATION BRINGS MOTIVATION!  With powerful exercises and education your Awareness about health and nutrition will increase 10x!


Pillar 2 is about taking Ownership and responsibly for your life and more importantly your health. I teach specific health topics for you to implement in a strategic way creating an easy nutrition/health routine. For the first 4 weeks we train the body to run off of fat for fuel opposed to carbohydrates. After 4 weeks we implement intuitive eating, which means NO tracking food! We must break old habits that no longer serve us! We learn to listen to our hunger cues and we learn to love and trust our body's again. When you have a real understanding of what is going on in YOUR OWN body, you feel empowered and motivated to stick with your health journey!

Pillar 3: REWIRE

In Pillar 3 Rewire we spend time doing internal work. It’s important you understand why your past behaviour and current belief system has impacted your life. What events in your life have lead you to your present health status and your outlook on how you view yourself and how you food? Most people are trying to change everything outside of their life, so all the external factors, opposed to to digging deep and looking inside themselves. Therefore, in the REWIRE pillar we focus on our INTERNAL dialogue and mindset for change to STICK. When we do the internal work, it allow our external goals to manifest. So we begin to rewrite the narrative and stories you tell yourself, and learn to quite down the internal chatter.

All 3 Pillars combined play a pivotal role in breaking the dieting cycle, having a new outlook on health and creating a powerful sense of self. We address all components of health from a holistic perspective!
